Q. I want to bulk register student/teacher accounts on CoGym
We offer a bulk account creation service for both students and teachers using the CoGym environment. Please let us know at the time of purchase, and we will provide full guidance.
Q. Can it be purchased through the School Marketplace?
Purchases can be made through the School Marketplace (S2B) or by contacting us directly and proceeding with the administrative office at your institution.
Q. Can I specify the usage period?
If you specify the desired duration of use, we will configure the service accordingly.
Q. Is there a minimum usage period?
CoGym’s paid service requires a minimum service period of 3 months.
Q. Can I change the plan or the period during use?
Please note that once the school’s cloud environment has been configured and the service period begins, it is not possible to change the duration or switch plans.
Q. What happens to the data in CoGym after the usage period expires?
To protect personal and sensitive data, all user data is automatically deleted after the service period expires. Please make sure to back up all necessary data before the end of your subscription.
Q. Is there a free teacher account?
Depending on the scale of the paid service, teacher accounts may be issued free of charge. Please mention this during your application process.
